We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Student Counselor to join our team. As a Student Counselor, you will play a critical role in supporting the emotional and mental well-being of our students. You will provide individual and group counseling services, assist students in managing personal and academic challenges, and offer resources and referrals as needed.
Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field, State license or certification as a mental health professional, Strong interpersonal and communication skills, Ability to establish rapport and build trust with students, Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information and Familiarity with a variety of counseling theories and approaches
